About Commercial Usage

Commercial use is reproduction of the work with intention to gain profit with direct or indirect financial advantage, such as goods, merchandise, also marketing and promotion. In this circumstance, it covers:
- Downloadable or online products for purchase
- Prints for fanzine/doujinshi sold at events
- Published book and book cover commissionIf in the future you need to buy commercial use license with your personal artwork, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'd be happy to help. Keep in mind that commercial usage price is different.
By ordering commercial use license, you should agree to provide a contract with your legal team.

Workflow

  • I draft some colored sketches and deliver the colored sketches to the client (it usually takes 3-4 work days to deliver)

  • Client reviewed the illustration and I will revise the work *(only 1 chance of major revision is allowed, so please write and read your feedback thoroughly before submitting)

  • Once the colored sketch is approved, the client must deliver the full payment

  • I will start polishing the artwork (it usually takes 6-7 work days to process)

  • Once it's done, I will deliver the polished work.

  • This is the only chance to request 1 minor revision.

  • Submit the revised work on preview to the client (if there any)

  • The final work is delivered!

Terms of Service

  • By placing an order, you agree with the Terms of Service stated below

  • Fanart and original character only

  • Communication via email, no need to DM, PM, chat, video/audio call due to poor internet connection and easier to follow up

  • First come, first served. Processing time is approximately 10 work days per piece, could be more depending on the order queue and character's details

  • Payment is due after the rough sketch/ colored sketch is approved. Via WISE or PayPal and bank transfer for Indonesian client (BNI)

  • Please no refund/chargeback after the final artworks are delivered. Doing so would make you blocked and blacklisted

  • All commission statuses are recorded here. All drawing process are live-streamed and archived on my YouTube channel.

Payment between WISE's account is 0 fee. Keep in mind that opening up a WISE account is a bit complicated. Please refer to this article if you have any difficulty.
